If you don't have your own, you can hire a race bike from us and we also have loan helmets & gloves available for you to use.
Unfortunately, the material used to make leggings and jogging bottoms is not robust enough should a rider fall off. Jeans are hardwearing and do not rip as easily and race pants are made with anti-tear material and, therefore, offer increased protection.
If your child were to come off and hurt themselves, whilst our coaches are all first aid trained, it is always the adult that accompanied them to the session they immediately look for.
Absolutely! We have novice sessions specifically designed for new riders, and our coaches will guide you through the basics.
We welcome riders of all ages, from children to adults.
BMXercise is our ladies-only session that combines bike skills from Coach Keefer with fitness training by Jo from B-Fit Fitness.
