I wanted to share an opportunity to support the Knightwood BMX Club, a community-focused organization dedicated to promoting safe BMX racing for riders of all ages and skill levels. As they celebrate their 13th year, the club is facing a challenge during the winter months when low lighting makes evening training sessions unsafe. Currently, they rely on temporary battery-operated floodlights, which create shadows and dark spots on the track, posing a risk to riders.
The local council is assisting with electricity installation, but the club needs funding to install permanent floodlights.
